Sneak Peak: Traditional Foods eCourse

I wanted to share with you a wonderful eCourse a fellow real food blogger has put together. Wardeh (pronounced “Ward-ee”) at GNOWFGLINS has created an awesome 5 month course that takes you through the ins and outs of cooking traditional foods.  You'll notice the banner promoting this course to the right of this blog.  I'll let Wardeh explain what the eCourse is all about:
What’s in the eCourse?

Are you overwhelmed at the thought of mastering traditional cooking? Maybe you’ve read “Nourishing Traditions” by Sally Fallon, a fantastic resource for those interested in traditional and nourishing foods. It has taught me a whole lot. But let’s face the facts. It can be hugely overwhelming. Many put it down to take a deep breath, never to pick it up again.

That’s where the Fundamentals eCourse can help. This plan isn’t called “Fundamentals” for nothing. I carefully selected the basic skills in this eCourse, and I believe every healthy cook should know how to do them. They each have a purpose in the nutrient-dense diet that keeps us feeling, looking, and doing our best for God and others.
What more is there to want?  How about a members only forum to discuss the individual lessons, ingredient and equipment note, ability to go through the lessons at your convenience and best of all...if this just isn't the right fit for you, you have a 30-day, no questions asked, money back guarantee!  So what do you have to lose?  Or more so, what do you have to gain?

Check out this awesome teaser lesson on easy soaked whole grain muffins.  All the info you need to know is right on her eCourse website.  Spaces are limited and sign ups are only taken through February 22nd, so sign up today!

In the spirit of full disclosure, you should know that I’m so excited about this class that I’ve actually partnered with Wardeh to help her boost enrollment. As such, I do earn a commission whenever one of you signs up for the e-course. So, if you’re interested in Wardeh’s class, and you’re interested in helping to support Living the Local Life, why not go check out the class and learn more about it?
