It's Time to Eat Your Spring Greens

I totally forgot to blog about this upcoming class, but there are a few spaces still available if you're looking for something to do one evening this week!

Tracey Miller of Tracey Miller Wellness will be hosting her next cooking and wellness class featuring "spring greens" at her house in Brentwood on Wednesday, May 19 from 7:00 - 9:00 pm.  She'll show you some simple and unique ways to prepare dark leafy greens like kale, chard, dandelion greens, bok choy, arugula, fiddle heads, collard greens and more!  You'll get ideas for how to incorporate greens into breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks!

I've been to a few of Tracey's classes and they are wonderful.  The tips and tricks you learn are awesome, plus the recipes are wonderful, I've used them multiple times after the classes.
